Welcome to today's Questions & Answers segment. Today's topic is tomorrow's forecast.

Thanks for the question Brad. Unfortunately, most of tomorrow does indeed look pretty soggy. I think its safe to say that washout may in fact be the appropriate term. Here is tomorrow's surface map.

Brad, take a look at this image. There is an area of low pressure sitting directly to our south tomorrow morning. That will help funnel moisture in from the Atlantic as well which means tomorrow looks pretty wet. Let me show you estimated rainfall amounts for tomorrow.

Notice the area to our south picks up well over 2 inches of rainfall through Saturday night. I don't expect quite that much around here, but most areas will probably see anywhere from between 1-2 inches of precipitation. Although this image takes us through Saturday evening, the brunt of the rainfall will be out of our region by tomorrow night. Temperatures tomorrow will be quite cooler due to that pesky on-shore flow surrounding the area of low pressure. Highs will only reach into the upper 50s. Moral of the story...take an umbrella with you tomorrow and a jacket. I wish I could deliver better weather for you Brad, but unfortunately it just doesn't look like Mother Nature will cooperate for tomorrow.
Thanks to Brad for writing in and reading the blog. If you have a question, send it in by posting below or writing me personally at brettsblog@abc27.com. Have a great day and I will talk to you tomorrow with a look ahead to the weekend forecast. Stay dry and I hope the event at Hersheypark goes well despite the weather. Later!
You were my "final" straw lol
My students and I thank you for an excellent forecast
