Residents Find Increased Traffic Around Penn National

The new Hollywood Casino in Grantville is bringing in new customers and more money...but it's also bringing in more cars around the neighborhood. Residents in the area say they've noticed the increased traffic but say they have just had to adapt to it and find alternate routes on the weekends. The traffic in this part of East Hanover Township, Dauphin County figures to get even heavier this weekend since it's the official grand opening of the facility owned by Penn National. And there figures to be even more traffic this summer.
The people we talked to say that it can bad on the weekends trying to get off interstate 81. Last weekend traffic was backed up all the way to route 22. The residents say they try to avoid Bow Creek Road which runs in front of Penn National all together on the weekends.
