Dillsburg Couple Charged with Theft

The Upper Allen Township Police Department arrested a Dillsburg couple on theft and fraud charges. Police said Bryan and Deborah Lux, the owners of Bricklin Landscape Services, advertised a piece of equipment as for sale in a nationally-circulated magazine and took full payment from an Upper Allen Township resident in December. The Lux's then re-advertised and sold the same piece of equipment which was already paid for by the victim, police said.
Bryan and Deborah Lux were charged with theft by deception, deceptive or fraudulent business practices, and conspiracy. The couple is also accused of providing false identification to police officers investigating the case. Bryan Lux is wanted in Maryland on an outstanding warrant for theft.
