Harrisburg Police Recover Car Sought in Fatal Hit and Run

Harrisburg City Police this morning found a vehicle they believe was involved in a fatal hit and run.
The vehicle was recovered in Lower Swatara Township and will be processed for evidence in the January 20 death of Keri Ann Miller.
Miller was struck was she crossed the intersection of 13th and Market Streets and died at a hospital.
Police found the car shortly after a bulletin was issued for a pearl white Cadillac DeVille bearing a Pennsylvania registration of GTP 5384.

Is the PA registration providing any information as to the owner? Or, is this a car that was stolen? It would mean more to the public if the story had more impacting information. I hope we hear more on this.
