Convicted Sex Offender Wanted in York County

The York County Sheriff's Office is searching for a convicted sex offender who is facing new allegations that he failed to register his address with state police as required by law.
Joshua J. Tyler Jr., 49, was found guilty in 1998 on four counts of indecent assault and one count of corruption of minors.
He pleaded guilty to charges of unlawful restraint, harassment, stalking and simple assault stemming from a separate incident in 1997.
Tyler's last known address was in York city.
Anyone with information on Tyler's whereabouts is asked to call York County Crime Stoppers at 717-755-TIPS or 800-722-0991 or the York County Sheriff's Office at 717-771-2496.
