Police say Koons touched a nine year old boy in a sexual manner and had the boy touch him. It allegedly happened between July 2005 and June 2006 in the apartment Koons shares with his parents at Pineford Village. Police obtained a warrant to search the apartment for evidence. They are also investigating whether Koons assaulted other kids.

"We did collect a number of items to include computer equipment, photographic equipment, pictures and the sort related to an investigation of possible exploitation of children," Detective David Sweitzer of Middletown Police stated.  "We're looking into all possibilities in that investigation and it's possible additional charges could be coming later on."

Koons also faces an allegation that he posted inappropriate photos of another nine year old boy on a MySpace page. They were not sexual and police say he did it without permission from the boy's mother.
