The thing that disappoints me most about this issue is that, from what I have read, the Bill was tabled in the senate because Speaker of the House O'Brien said that if the bill reached the House he would assign it to a committee whose chairman would refuse to bring it up for a vote.
I find it reprehensible that one man would use his power to deny both the people of Pennsylvania the right to vote on this issue and their elected representatives as well.
