Flood Warning In Franklin County, Flood Watch Elsewhere

A flood warning is in effect for Franklin County through 1:30 this afternoon.
A number of other midstate counties remain under a flood watch through this evening. Those counties include Cumberland, Dauphin, Fulton, Huntington, Juniata, Lancaster, Mifflin, Perry and York.
A flood warning for Adams County has been cancelled.
Rain totals will likely reach 1.5 to 2.5 inches by the time the rain ends this afternoon.
Wet ground from recent rainfall, combined with additional rain could produce flooding of streams and areas with poor drainage.
