Lebanon, Pa. - A Cedar Crest High School senior killed in a two-vehicle crash last month had no drugs or alcohol in his system, according to the Lebanon County coroner.
Dr. Jeffrey A. Yocum on Monday released the final results of toxicology tests performed on 18-year-old Mark Shyda.
Shyda, of South Lebanon Township, was pronounced dead at the scene after his car rear-ended a tractor trailer on State Drive. Five teen passengers in his car were injured.
Police had said Shyda preliminarily tested positive for cocaine and that marijuana and drug packaging materials was found in his car.
