Dauphin, Pa. - State police are attempting to identify a suspect in the burglary of a pharmacy in Dauphin County.
The suspect, believed to be a woman, was photographed by surveillance cameras early Tuesday outside the Dauphin Professional Pharmacy, at 722 Allegheny Street in Dauphin Borough.
The suspect smashed a glass window to gain entrance to the pharmacy, but took nothing, according to police.

Police said they believe the suspect is one of two people who attempted to break into the pharmacy on Thursday, June 18.
Dauphin Professional Pharmacy was burglarized during the early morning hours of January 3, when the thieves smashed a front window and stole $8,000 worth of painkillers. Police said the pharmacy's entire stock of oxycontin, vicodin and codeine was taken, apparently by someone who knew where the medications were placed. Police have made no arrests in that incident.
