Lower Paxton Township, Pa. - Police arrested a Dauphin County man accused of pointing a loaded shotgun at a group of juveniles.
Rudolph W. Holmberg, 21, of the 4900 block of Hamilton Drive, was charged with simple assault by physical menace and reckless endangerment.
Lower Paxton Township police say the incident occurred Friday night at the basketball courts in the 4900 block of Hamilton Dr. at the Colonial Glen Apartments.
The juvenile victims and several witnesses told police that Holmberg had racked a round into the chamber of the shotgun and had pointed it at several of the juveniles, police said. The fully loaded shotgun was recovered and seized by police.
