Police Arrest Theft Suspect

Police in Middletown have identified and arrested a woman suspected in a number of fraud and theft incidents in Dauphin County.
Rachel Sebers, 29, of Steelton, is one of two people accused in a scheme where the suspects stole - and then returned - merchandise at area supermarkets, according to police.
Police said the two suspects defrauded the stores out of more than $1,150.
Middletown Police had asked for help from the public in identifying one of the suspects from a surveillance camera photograph earlier today.
The department was later notified that Sebers was in the custody of Swatara Township Police for an unrelated matter.
