When officers responded to a buglary at the China Wok restaurant at the West Shore Plaza in Lemoyne around 2 a.m. Friday, they called a bloodhound to search for the suspect.
According to a search warrant, the dog led investigators to a halfway house located at 440 Market Street in Lemoyne, where they found 35-year-old Stanley Mosley. He is on parole for burglarizing Chinese restaurants on the East Shore. According the search warrant, he served state prison time for those crimes.
Court documents say Mosley resisted arrest, and police used a Taser on him. He was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphenalia.
Police suspect he is responsible for the break-in at the China Wok. Recently, about seven chinese restaurants have been burglarized on the East and West shores. Police are not linking Mosley to the crimes, although he is described as a suspect by people close to the investigation. Mosley has not been charged in connection with any of the break-ins.
