A Springettsbury Township man has been ordered to serve 20 to 40 years in prison - the maximum term for third degree murder - for a fatal shooting in York.
Shane Liggins, 19, was sentenced Wednesday for the March 2007 death of Edward Harrison.
Harrison was shot twice as he stood in front of his home in the 700 block of Wallace Street and died later at a hospital.
Police initially believed the shooting was the result of a botched robbery, but Liggins has offered no motive for the killing since his arrest last June.
