Michael Woods gave Lancaster the lead early with a solo homer to right, but the Patriots came back in the second; scoring on a throwing error, Elliott Ayala's sacrifice fly and an RBI hit from Mike Rodriguez. Matt Hagen added an RBI single in the fifth for a 4-1 lead.
Bryan Sabatella opened the ninth with a double and later scored on an infield out by Ryan Mulhern to wrap up the scoring for Lancaster.
