Lower Paxton Township, Pa. - The Colonial Country Club in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County will reportedly be sold a sheriff's sale.
The Central Penn Business Journal reports the club owner, listed as The Colonial Country Club of Harrisburg Pennsylvania, defaulted on a $3 million mortgage. The sheriff's office moved forward with sale proceedings May 7, according to the report.
The sheriff's sale is July 9 at the Dauphin County Administration Building.
