Warrington Township, Pa. - A new attraction at Ski Roundtop is one of only three such rides in the whole country. It's an OGO, or Outdoor Gravity Orb.
"It's an eleven-foot inflatable ball," marketing director Chris Dudding said. "There's another ball suspended inside. What we do is put five gallons of water in there. You can crawl in with up to two friends and we zip you up and roll you down the hill."
OGO's cost $10,000 each. Roundtop has two.
"Totally awesomely awesome awesomeness," is how young Christina Williams of Mechanicsburg described it as she and her brother David waited to ride.
"I think we'll just sit in it and it will be like a giant hamster roll," David Williams said.
The OGO sport was invented in New Zealand. One trip in the OGO is $20. You get one ride if you buy a $35 dollar package of other summer attractions at Ski Roundtop.
