Harrisburg, Pa. - Construction crews this evening are scheduled to begin a repair and resurfacing project to Route 22 in Dauphin County.
The work is scheduled weeknights from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. between Colonial Road in Lower Paxton Township to just east of Jonestown Road in West Hanover Township.
PennDOT says motorists traveling through the construction areas may encounter single-lane traffic restrictions during the scheduled work times.
Blooming Glen Contractors, Inc. will conduct the $2.8 million repair and resurfacing project. The contract officially ends in March 2010, but the paving should be completed in October 2009, PennDOT said.
