Police in Lancaster County will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint this weekend between 6 p.m. on Friday, September 5 and 6 p.m. on Sunday, September 7.
The checkpoint is part of the Sobriety Checkpoint and Expanded DUI/Underage Drinking Enforcement Program by the Center for Traffic Safety.
Sobriety checkpoints organized as part of the program are placed on roads with high incidences of impaired drivers.
