Dillsburg, Pa. - Police say a woman charged with drunk driving at a school in York County had a blood-alcohol concentration three times over the legal limit.
Carroll Township police said they received a report Thursday evening at around 5:45 p.m. of an intoxicated woman operating a vehicle with a small child inside at the Northern Middle School. Officers who went to the school found Elizabeth Roth, 49, of Franklintown, behind the wheel of a vehicle and a six-year-old child in the car at the school, according to a police news release.
Police say Roth had a blood alcohol concentration of .291 percent. The legal limit for intoxication in Pennsylvania is .08 percent.
Roth was charged with endangering the welfare of children and DUI.
