A federal judge must decide whether a jury can hear evidence that a now-retired Pennsylvania judge went inline skating after collecting $440,000 in insurance claims for neck and back injuries in a car accident.

Prosecutors say the September 2002 skating incident proves then-Superior Court Judge Michael Joyce wasn't injured as badly as he claimed in the crash of August 2001.

Joyce's attorneys say the evidence is prejudicial and irrelevant.

Senior U.S. District Judge Maurice Cohill must decide whether to allow that evidence and other testimony before Joyce's insurance
fraud trial begins Oct. 20 in Pittsburgh.

All of those judges in Pittsburgh are thieves. Lea Duncan stole money from me for the care of my child whom I had custody of and gave it to his Lesbian Mother. Lea didn't think I should have custody based upon the other being mentally ill because she was gay.
