Former Police Officer Charged with Indecent Exposure

Harrisburg, Pa. - A former Lower Paxton Township Police Officer is behind bars on charges of indecent exposure involving a minor.
It's not the first time 42-year-old Alonzo L. Piper Sr. has had a run-in with the law. Police say last year, while he was on duty, he took a drunk 19-year-old back to his Harrisburg home and kept her there.
He was still on probation for that alleged incident when he was charged with this latest one.
He's being held in the Dauphin County Prison on charges of indecent exposure, corruption of minors, and open lewdness.

Ok, how many chances will this pervert get? It's his job to serve and protect; but yet he keeps being charges (with minors at that). Something must be done and now...not later!
