Lebanon, Pa. - Three people now face charges after the September death of a Lebanon County teen. Police first thought it was a hit-and-run case.

According to police, 19-year-old Joshua Sanger was at a gathering at 18-year-old Kaitlin Bordlemay's house in North Lebanon Township in September. They say that Bordlemay left the gathering after an argument with 20-year-old Scott Cortazzo, and that both Sanger and Cortazzo jumped on her car to keep her from driving off.

Cortazzo jumped off, but police say Sanger stayed on and later fell off. They say he died from the fall.

Police say Cortazzo and Jerry Tobias, who also said he was at the gathering, changed their stories several times during interviews. Police allege that Bordlemay knew or should have known sanger was on the back of her car while she was driving.

Police also say Bordlemay told a friend she did not know Sanger stayed on the back of the car.

Tobias and Cortazzo have been charged with false reports and giving false statements to police. Bordlemay faces multiple charges, including involuntary manslaughter, vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment.

First of all being scared is understandable, but lying to police officers and continuing to fabricate lies and continuing to lie about what happened that night is really hard for me to find sympathy for this girl..  I'm wondering did she come back by the accident when she was done at the store and see him lying on the road?? according to her so called boyfriend her window was down and she didnt have her radio on.. What did this young man not yell stop as he was falling off the vehicle, In know if it was mean I would be screaming?? she never heard a single sound??  I find that very hard to believe....  Scott says he saw josh on the back of the car,  when she comes back doesn't he not wonder where josh is??? Why didnt he yelll for her to stop.  Does he not have enough decency to get in the car and go look for him????? And last but not least if something happened like that wouldn"t  you just tell the truth.. I doubt she was scared of the guys she obviously knew the people involved.  One was her boyfriend the other his best friend... that doesn't seem so scary to me. Is she still with this boyfriend?? if she was scared of him she should be rid of him.. Theres alot of unanswered questions I will be following this case.

Why do you doubt she was scared of her boyfriend and his friend?  Before we knew the true facts, we were left to believe that she was leaving because of an argument with the one guy.  Maybe she WAS getting "rid" of him at that time because he's been scaring her and he was mad and decided to go after her!
