Man Reported as Missing Found

Earl Harbin had left his home in the 2700 block of Green Street at around 9 a.m. Sunday morning and never returned. He was reported missing by his wife.
Officials had reported that Harbin takes various medications for several health-related issues and did not take his medications with him.
