Carlisle, Pa. - Police are looking for a Carlisle man wanted in the theft of money and medications and on separate charges he had inappropriate contact with a 12-year-old girl.
Joel T. Klinger, 23, is accused of taking several prescription pill bottles, a $20 coin, and several DVD's from a home in the 100 block of East Mulberry Avenue early this morning, according to Carlisle police.
While investigating the incident, police said they were made aware that Klinger had inappropriately touched the 12-year-old at Letort Park Monday evening.
Police say his accuser reported that Klinger grabbed her breast and, after she ran away, came up behind her and grabbed her buttocks, stating that she "needed it."
Klinger faces charges of theft, indecent assault of a child, and disorderly conduct. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call Carlisle police at (717) 243-5252.
