Lancaster, Pa. - A 73-year-old Lancaster man is accused of exposing himself to a visitor at Chickies Rock County Park, according to police.
West Hempfield Township police say Donald R. Schroll was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness in connection with an incident on Tuesday afternoon.
His accuser, a 25-year-old man, reported he had got out of his car to walk to the overlook when he noticed an older man get out of a minivan and walk toward the woods before staring and nodding at him. He told police the older man walked into the woods and then returned, exposing himself and nodding again.
The younger man left the park and called police with a description of the suspect and his vehicle. Officers observed the vehicle in Mountville a short time later and stopped the driver, who was identified as Schroll, police said.
Schroll was placed under arrest and taken to the West Hempfield Township Police Department, where he was interview and charged, police said.
