Dover Man Charged in Fatal Crash

Northern York County Regional police say Steven Doolittle, 28, of Dover, was driving drunk when his car struck a tree and rolled several times on the night of Oct. 9.
Jeffrey Dellinger Jr., 23, of Dover, was thrown from the car and killed. Two other passengers in Doolittle's car were injured.
Doolittle was charged with homicide by vehicle while DUI, homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, and several other related offenses.
He was arraigned before a district judge and released on his own recognizance.
